Today, April 4, 2026 at 5:31 pm, I went to Chill Bubble tea located at Woodfield mall. I ordered my usual order of Taro milk tea and Milk tea with brown sugar. Upon receipt of the order, it was a smoothie instead of over ice. I went to the cashier named Rosalva, with the order # 736534, ticket # 230 and asked if it can be changed. She started putting her hands on her hips and raised her voice at me infront of all the customers saying if I want my actual order, I need to pay again. She kept insisting that she repeated her order and I asked her in a calm voice to please just change it since my 6 year old daughter, who was with me while she was raising her voice at me does not like the smoothie version of it. This type of behavior infront of a child should not be tolerated nor being yelled at by an employee when approached calmly. I have worked in customer service to know not to be rude to employees so I am disappointed that I was yelled at in front of a lot of people and my 6 year old daughter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tiny Spot, HUGE Flavor: The Best Boba Kiosk Around! I absolutely love the Chill Bubble Tea kiosk. I work nearby, and this little spot is a lifesaver. It proves you don't need a huge storefront to serve incredible quality drinks. What really makes this kiosk shine is the efficiency. The staff is incredibly friendly, quick, and organized. Even when there’s a line, they move through orders fast without sacrificing quality or accuracy. It’s perfect for a lunch break or a quick pick-me-up. Samantha always makes the best drinks! If you happen to pass by this little kiosk, do yourself a favor and stop. It’s convenient, the prices are fair, and the boba is genuinely the best quality I've had in the area. Five stars all the way!

Love the Chill Bubble Tea next to the Cheesecake Factory! The classics are really good and you can add extra Tapioca as well. The staff are super friendly!

This was by far the worst bubble tea experience I have ever had. For the price I paid, there were shockingly few boba pearls-honestly ridiculous. The drink itself was overwhelmingly sweet, yet somehow still watery, to the point where I wouldn’t even call it proper bubble tea. And the service… unbelievable. The cashier closed the lid so poorly that the drink started leaking immediately and as a result, it ruined my BRAND-NEW jacket, which now needs professional cleaning. My whole mood was completely destroyed. When I tried to explain what happened, the cashier named Cindy was unbelievably rude and condescending, as if I was the one at fault for her mistake. The arrogance and attitude were shocking. Instead of apologizing, she gave me a dismissive look and acted like she was doing me a favor. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money, don’t risk your clothes, and don’t ruin your day. There is no quality, no service, and no respect for customers here.

The service was absolutely terrible. The girl named Sidney clearly does not know how to interact with customers. She was aggressive, rude, and completely tactless. If she is in a bad mood or unhappy with something, maybe she should consider another job instead of ruining customers’ experience with her unpleasant attitude. Additionally, the drinks were awful as well — the lids were closed very poorly, and I had to ask twice to fix them. The overall impression was completely ruined — both the service and the quality of the drinks were extremely disappointing. I am requesting that management contact me, as this situation was unacceptable.
